Lincolnwood Auto Body is very customer service oriented. I actually had two accidents within a matter of two months, and Lincolnwood Auto Body took really good care of me — especially the second time. Their friendly manager and staff are very knowledgeable, they got a tow truck for me and even helped with the car rental situation and expedited that. They had my car ready before I had to leave for a family vacation. They were overall very helpful.
